When should we contact a planner?
Once you have a likely date, guest count and budget range, ask about availability. Contact planners before signing a venue contract if you want help comparing capacity, curfews, rain backup and vendor rules. There is no single booking timeline that fits every wedding.
What should a planning proposal include?
Look for named deliverables, the events and dates covered, the on-site team, payment schedule and exclusions. Ask who signs vendor contracts, manages the budget, approves design changes and takes over from the venue coordinator on the wedding day.
Can a planner arrange a callejoneada?
Some listed planners offer callejoneada coordination. Ask who confirms the current location, hours and permissions for your date before including a street procession in your guest schedule. Do not assume that a portfolio photo proves your proposed route is permitted.
