A Centro rooftop and a countryside hacienda create different plans for your guests. Before comparing quotes, ask about the exact space you would use.
Ask for seated capacity for the ceremony and dinner in each proposed space. A standing cocktail figure is not the same as a banquet with a dance floor.
Get outdoor and indoor music cutoffs in writing. Ask whether the celebration can continue in another space and whether that changes the price.
Ask for a floor plan of the alternative space at your guest count. Confirm that it will be held for your date and which parts of the event would move there.
