Ask your coordinator to confirm the rules that apply to your date, location, and event before promising guests a walk through Centro or drinks along the way.

Those examples show what to compare, not what every company supplies. Ask whether the mojigangas are standard figures or custom designs; which musicians and how many performers are included; who handles the donkey; how many coordinators attend; and whether guest refreshments, setup, transport, and cleanup are in the quoted price.
Location, permissions, and drinks
The municipality's event-license guidance describes a Ventanilla Única process for festivities in public areas and on private property. The person legally responsible for the event, which may be the property owner or an authorized planner, submits the application and required documents. The municipal page does not give a universal callejoneada route, escort requirement, alcohol allowance, or application deadline.
Ask the provider or planner for the approved location and the permit or authorization that covers your specific plan. Check the permitted hours, music, guest count, entrance and exit points, and whether any street closure or traffic support is actually required. Do not assume the decorated donkey means alcohol service. Musical Center's current notice specifically says alcohol is suspended during its callejoneadas and offers nonalcoholic alternatives. Arrange any bar service separately at a licensed event location, subject to that venue's rules.
